hand deliver all our gift baskets, fruit baskets and floral arrangements
within the island of Montreal (Quebec) and the surrounding areas
if order is placed before 10:30 AM that day.
Our

and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Eastern time).
During
busy seasons your call will be returned by a customer service

Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart with the Paypal®
system and will be confirmed via email by a customer service agent.
NOTE: The delivery fee that is given when using
the online shopping cart only applies to the Montreal (Quebec)

Shipping/Delivery Fees, Delivery Time and Quebec Taxes
Generally,
all orders are shipped (delivered) the same day if received by
10:30 AM EST Monday to Friday, unless a later ship date is specified.
Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
Hand
deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally. We CANNOT
guarantee a delivery time unless you send it RUSH for a fee of
15.00$. Our van usually leaves for delivery at 11:00 AM.
We
also offer Saturday hand delivery to Montreal and surrounding
areas upon request (9:00 Am to 3:00 PM).
** Special occasions such as Mothers Day will have Sunday delivery
at no extra charge.**
During
the Christmas Season please place your orders early to ensure
timely delivery.
If
your gift is to be delivered in Quebec, applicable sales taxes (GST
5%
+ PST 7.5%) will be added to your order. Orders sent to Canada
outside of Quebec are subject to 5% tax (GST) only. Orders sent
to USA are exempt of all taxes.
ALL
orders shipped outside of Quebec will be charged a $2.00 handling
fee.
We
also ship across Canada and USA.

Local Hand Delivery Fee Information
We
hand deliver to the Island of Montreal, West Island (limit of
Baie D'Urfe), Chomedey Laval, Chateauguay, Brossard, Greenfield
Park, Longeuil and St. Lambert. All other delivers will be shipped
overnight by our courier service.

We
ship via a courier service for all non-hand delivered areas. Please
call us for delivery cost as it varies to upon destination.

Discounts Offered
We
offer a discount on all large corporate orders of 25 or more.
A 50% deposit is required to start order, if order is within 2
weeks, full payment is required.
ALL
large orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% after order
has processed.
**No
same day shipping on orders more than 10 baskets.**

Shipping Information & Policy
All
gifts shipped or delivered include a hand written enclosure card.
**Shipping
chocolate gifts is at your own risk** (in hot weather areas)
we will however ice-pack the shipping box. If we think the weather
is too hot, we will refuse to deliver it.
All
orders are shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of the
Holiday Season, as shipping may take longer to some locations.
All
gifts are shipped by a courier service unless otherwise requested.
Ground shipping generally takes 2 to 6 business days based on
location not including weekends or ship date.
We
strive to make sure all information is correct when we receive
your order. If any package is sent to the wrong address due to
incorrect customer information submitted, we will re-bill to reship
or redeliver the order.
**Any
address correction made by our shipping courier due to incorrect
information given by you, we will reverse the courier charges
back to you.**
Please
notify us by telephone or email as soon as any errors are noticed
before your shipment is sent out. Once it leaves for delivery
you will be charged any extra fees imposed by the courier service,
if there are errors on your shipping address.
Carolyn's
Gift Creations assumes no responsibility for shipment delays occasioned
by the courier or other delivery services once the gift has left
our base during busy or peek seasons such as Christmas time.

Delivery to Hospitals:
When
placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital worker or
doctor, please make sure that you include as much information
about the patient or the Doctor's location as possible.
Below
is an example of important delivery information:

Cheesecakes,
flowers and fruit baskets cannot be shipped. Only hand-delivered
due to the fact that these are delicate items.
Wine
baskets can only be delivered within Canada.

Return Policy
Unopened
baskets may be returned (minus a 20% restocking fee) however any
products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be refunded
due to the nature of food items, open product can't be resold.
Delivery/shipping
and handling fees are also nonrefundable.
Returns
can be made within 3 working days of your receipt, with a Pre-Authorization
Form from Carolyns Gift Creations. Please call or email us to
obtain authorization.
Return
shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer.
All
merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good
condition (as delivered). No credit can be issued until we have
received the returned merchandise.
Merchandise
not meeting the above criteria will be refused.

Damaged Product Policy
We
take great care in packaging our baskets and boxes, therefore
any damaged shipments or problems with any gift must be reported
to us immediately and then a claim will be filed with the carrier
that delivered your gift.
Be
sure to keep all packaging as it will be requested by carrier
in order to insure a replacement.
We
will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure
your satisfaction.
