customized birthday basket for my Father. I was very
surprised, and really pleased, to find out my father
received the basket that afternoon!

Hi Carolyn,
I understand the basket arrived later than 10:30 and
unfortunately my sister had already left the
building. I understand that the delivery person
called my sister several times and was able to get
into the building and leave the basket at her door.
I wanted to thank you and your company for the
persistence in getting the basket delivered to her
today, it was much appreciated. She loved the basket

Tonight I received a beautiful bouquet from my Mom,
hand delivered by Carolyn after an exhaustingly busy
day, along with the basket of mixed yummy treats I
ordered. These are for the hospital emergency
department staff where I work, who are not only
great colleagues but who also recently took care of
me. Carolyn, your gifts are always a perfect way to
say thank you, but I am at a loss as to how to thank

for the invitation! Had a tea party in her office
this afternoon and is still rambling on how the

I just wanted to
thank you for the wonderful job you did on the order
I sent on October 7th to my mom who lives in Dorval.
She was so thrilled to come home and find it and
told me that it was so festive and well presented
and really made her whole day. She also told me that
you took the time to leave a message telling her
that you had delivered it in case it wasn't there
when she arrived.
I live in Calgary and have tried so many different
companies trying to send flowers and gift baskets
and all but this one have been disasters. I will
