| No, the taxes are
added at the end of the purchase. For orders delivered
to the province of Quebec, the GST and PST are added.
All others provinces outside of Quebec , only the GST is
added. Remember taxes are added on a delivery charge

| Do you offer same
day delivery? |
| Yes, same day delivery
is offered if you place your order before Noon the
same day. Otherwise it will go out the next business
day. Same day only applies to Montreal and surrounding
areas, parts of Laval, Brossard, Longueuil, Greenfield
Park and St. Lambert. Otherwise, the gift is delivery
via Canpar courier and takes 1-2 businesses day. Call
for more details. However, we do have a Montreal Rush
delivery option for an additional charge of 9.95$, see
FAQ for more info. |

| What happens if
something is SOLD OUT? |
| We are very careful,
once the item is sold out, we remove it from our site or
put SOLD OUT on the site. |

order a teddy bear and a balloon, do I get free
delivery? |
| No, these are add on
items, therefore you must pay the 9.95$ delivery charge
on the site. |

| Can I send a cake
to other provinces? |
| No, sorry, the cakes
are only for Montreal and area due to the fact of them
being so fragile. |

| I do not want a big
cake like the ones on your site, can I have a smaller
one? |
| Sorry, we only have
these sizes. We do not bake them ourselves, we use Kilo
gateaux a well know cake supplier and they only have 1
size. |

| What are your
delivery hours? |
| The truck leaves our
shop around 10am. All office deliveries are usually done
no later than 5:00pm. Residential deliveries are later
in the day. If you need a specific delivery time, we
require a 3 hour window. i.e. between 11:00 and 2:00 pm.
Due to heavy downtown traffic, road conditions and
weather, we never offer exact time delivery. If you need
earlier delivery, call us to see if we can help you. |

| My child is a
student at McGill or Concordia, what happens if they are
not in? |
| Do not worry, we go to
all the dorms and student's housing daily and the
drivers know the doormen and all the tricks to getting
the gift delivered. We always try to leave it with the
student next door or we will call the student to ask
them where we can leave it for them. On Saturdays, we
never deliver before noon to the students because they
all sleep in . |

| Do you delivery on
weekends? |
| Saturday delivery is
available to Montreal and surrounding areas. We are
closed on Sundays, except for Mother's Day. |

| Do you charge for
Redelivery if nobody is home? |
| We offer Free delivery
on the first delivery. Sometimes it is very difficult to
contact or track down the person resulting in multiple
deliveries. If this happens we will contact you to
decide if you want us to redeliver at a cost of 9.95$ of
if you wish them to pick up the gift themselves at our
store. |

| What happens if
nobody is in at time of delivery? |
| If nobody is home, we
will try to ring 2 neighbors to see if they will accept
the delivery. Otherwise, we take it back to the store
and leave them a phone message. We try never to leave a
note on the door, this only tells potential robbers that
they are not in. If you want us to leave the gift at the
door, you must give us permission. In some cases, if the
weather and security of the area is up to our
satisfaction, we may decide to leave the gift at the
door, but we do take responsibility for our decision. |

| What happens when
there is a doorman? |
| Often the big
buildings in downtown Montreal have doormen who will not
let a driver go up to the apartment therefore we must
leave it with them. Once they accept the gift, it is
their responsibility to give it the the intended person.
We can if you wish, call and let them know that the
doorman accepted the delivery. |

delivering? |
| No, we hate spoiling
the element of surprise. However, if you want us to call
before, please let us know. |

| Can I bring items
to you to put into the gift basket? |
| No, sorry our
insurance only covers us for items that we purchased
ourselves. |

| No we do not outsource
the order. Carolyn's Gift Creations is the sister
company of
Florist La Quenouille "Le Loft".
Both companies are in the same building therefore the
flowers leave along with the gift baskets. |

tanks for balloons? |
| No, helium tanks are
very dangerous. Try Costco, they sell little tanks for
around 50 balloons. |

| Can you add a gift
card from another store to the baskets? |
| No, we do not offer
this service. |

| Can you pick up an
item at Walmart or another store for us and add it to
the basket? |
| No, sorry we do offer
personal shopping services. If you need this, call us
and we can direct you to an affiliate who does. |

gift basket instead of having it delivered? |
| Yes of course. But
give us a call to order since we never make the gift
baskets ahead of time because the cellophane loves to
collect dust. We only want to give you the very best. We

| Yes , 50% of our
clients prefer to have a customized gift basket. Just
give us a call or email and we will be more than happy
to assist you. Remember that delivery is not free on

a bottle of wine or champagne? |
| No, sorry . Quebec law
prohibits us from selling wine and spirits alone. You
may order through the Quebec liquor board at www.saq.com |

| Do you ship gift
baskets into the United States? |
| No, we are no long
able to due to the US Bioterrorism Act. We do however
have some affiliates in the USA and can perhaps transfer
the order for you or direct you to someone in that area.

products ? |
| Yes, we observe the
right to substitute a product or container if the
product is no longer available. However, we are very
careful to replace it with some similar and of equal or
greater value. We take great pride in our baskets and
want the sender and recipient to be happy so we are very
